The Selene Nunatak is a 1200 m high nunatak in the east of the West Antarctic Alexander I Island . In Planet Heights, it rises west of Lunar Crag .
The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 1988 based on the naming of the Lunar Crag after Selene , the moon goddess from Greek mythology.
