The Senior League World Series in 2002 was the 42nd edition of the Senior League Baseball World Series , an international baseball tournament for boys between 13 and 16 years of age. The game was played in Bangor , Maine .

Attendees

The south-west region had split off from the south region and sent its own team. The Far East region has been renamed the Asia Pacific Region .

The ten teams formed a group of six teams from the United States and a group of four international teams.
