Senkowe ( Ukrainian Сенькове ; Russian Сеньково Senkowo ) is a village in the Ukrainian Oblast of Kharkiv with about 1200 inhabitants (2001).

Senkowe is the only village of the 63.73 km² district council of the same name in the south of Kupyansk Rajon .

The village is located at an altitude of 93  m on the right bank of the Oskil , which is dammed up to the Oskilsk reservoir , 24 km south of the district center of Kupyansk and 135 km southeast of the oblast center of Kharkiv . The regional road P-79 runs through the village .

In the village, which was founded in the second half of the 17th century by Cossacks from Ukraine on the right bank and first mentioned in writing in 1685, there is the listed Assumption Church. In 1732 the village had a population of 596 souls, which increased to 1911 in 1785. In 1859 the village had 1514 and 1886 2078 inhabitants. In 1923 Senkowe became the administrative center of Senkowe Rajon , which existed as an administrative unit until 1930. From June 19, 1942 to February 2, 1943 the village was occupied by the Wehrmacht . In 1971 the village had 1640 inhabitants.
