The Serçeme Çayı (also Sırlı Çayı ) is a right tributary of the Karasu in Eastern Anatolia .

The Serçeme Çayı rises on the southern flank of the Mescit Dağı . Initially it flows mainly in a southerly direction. The Kuzgun Dam dams the river not far from the Üçköse settlement to form an 11 km² reservoir. The river continues its course south. A little below the dam, the D925 trunk road follows the course of the river for a distance of 20 km. The river finally flows into the Karasu, which flows westward, 50 km west of the provincial capital Erzurum and 25 km east of Aşkale near Küçükgeçit . The Serçeme Çayı has a length of approx. 60 km.
