Sergei Wjatscheslavowitsch Agejew ( Russian Сергей Вячеславович Агеев ; born June 5, 1984 in Penza , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey goalkeeper who has been under contract with HK Ertis Pavlodar in the Kazakh championship since 2011 .

Career

Sergei Agejew began his career as a hockey player in his hometown in the youth department of Disel Penza , for whose second team he was active in the third-rate Pervaya League in the 2001/02 season . The goalkeeper then played for three years in this league for Severstal Tscherepowez's second team , before making his professional ice hockey debut for ZSK WWS Samara in the 2005/06 season when he played in the Vysschaja Liga , the second Russian division, was on the ice in 23 games and conceded 3.17 goals per game. In the following three seasons he stood between the posts for Samara's league rivals Ischstal Ischewsk and Titan Klin .

For the 2009/10 season Agejew was committed by Metallurg Novokuznetsk from the Continental Hockey League , but remained without use during the entire KHL season, which is why he moved to Sauralje Kurgan in the Wysschaya Hockey League , which the Wysschaya League as the following season second division replaced. For the 2011/12 season he joined the HK Ertis Pavlodar from the Kazakh championship .
