Søren Hee

Severin Hee , also Søren Hee , (born June 2, 1706 in Odense ; † December 15, 1756 ibid) was a Danish doctor, professor of medicine in Odense and a member of the academy of scholars " Leopoldina ".

Severin Hee or Søren Hee was the respondent to a medical dissertation in Copenhagen in 1734. He dealt with the careless use of opium . He was Associate Professor of Medicine and Medicine in Copenhagen and Full Professor at the Philosophical High School in Odense. He was a member of the Royal Danish Academy of Sciences. On December 4, 1753 he was accepted into the "Leopoldina" academy of scholars. He was given the nickname PHILOXENUS II. ( Matriculation No. 582 ).
