Shigeki Tsujimoto ( Japanese 辻 本 茂 輝 , Tsujimoto Shigeki ; born June 23, 1979 in Suita , Osaka Prefecture ) is a Japanese football coach and former football player .
career
Tsujimoto played in the team of the 6th Middle School Suita and then attended the high school of Kinki University , 15 km away, which is already producing a large number of professional athletes . After graduating from high school, he was signed by the Yokohama Wings in 1998 , but switched to Kyoto Purple Sanga after one season . After a short interlude in 2006 at Tokushima Vortis , he joined the Japanese amateur league club Sagawa Insatsu Soccer-bu in 2007 and the prefecture league club FC Osaka in 2009, where he ended his playing career after one season.
Tsujimoto was a member of the Japanese U-17 and U-20 selection with which he qualified for the Junior World Cup in 1999 , as well as the U-22 selection .
In 2009 he became school coach for Vissel Kobe , in 2011 coach of the U-15 team, 2014 coach of the Kansai regional division Arterivo Wakayama and has been coach of the U-18 team of third division Gainare Tottori since 2015 .
