Shikohabad is a city in the northern Indian state of Uttar Pradesh .
Shikohabad is located in the north Indian plain 60 km east of Agra . The Yamuna flows east 15 km south of the city. Shikohabad is located in the Firozabad district - 20 km east of the district capital Firozabad .
The national highway NH 2 ( Grand Trunk Road ), which connects Agra with Kanpur , runs through Shikohabad . In addition, the Agra – Kanpur railway line passes Shikohabad.
Shikohabad as a city has the status of Nagar Palika Parishad . It is divided into 25 wards . At the 2011 census, Shikohabad had 107,404 inhabitants.
