The Shipka Saddle (English; Bulgarian Шипченска Седловина Schiptschenska Sedlowina ) is a deeply cut and icy mountain saddle on the Livingston Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands . In the Tangra Mountains it lies between Lyaskovets Peak in the west and Levski Peak in the east. The center of this 250 m long and over 1000 m high mountain pass is 3.45 km south-southeast of the Kuzman Knoll . It is part of the watershed between the Huron Glacier, which flows north, and the Macy Glacier, which flows south.
The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 1997 after the Shipka Pass in Bulgaria.
