Shon Norman (born March 19, 1991 ) is a former Israeli ice hockey player who was under contract for the majority of his career at Monfort Ma'alot (formerly HC Ma'alot) in the Israeli ice hockey league.
Career
Shon Norman began his career as a hockey player with HC Ma'alot , for whom he made his debut in the Israeli ice hockey league at the age of 13 . In 2007 he moved to the New Jersey Colonials in the United States and played for them in the Atlantic Youth Hockey League . In 2009 he returned to his parent club, which was now called Monfort Ma'alot, and won the Israeli championship title with him in 2010 . In 2011 he ended his career there.
International
In the junior division, Norman was on the ice for Israel at the U18 World Championships in 2005 and 2006 in Division III and in 2007 and 2008 in Division II.
With the men's national team , Norman first took part in the World Cup in Division II in 2010 and, after being relegated to Division III in 2011 , when he was immediately promoted again.
