Shraddha Kapoor
Shraddha Kapoor ( Hindi श्रद्धा कपूर Śraddhā Kapūr ; born March 3, 1987 in Mumbai ) is an Indian former model and film actress .
Life
Kapoor grew up in the Indian city of Mumbai. Her older brother Siddhanth Kapoor is also an actor. After leaving school she moved to Boston to attend the Boston University Theater Arts to study. After just one year, she finished her studies prematurely and returned to India to work as an actress. She made her film debut in 2010 with the drama Teen Patti , for which she was nominated for two awards. In the course of her further cinematic work, she received several awards.
Career
In 2010, Kapoor made her debut in the drama Teen Patti . The film didn't do well with critics, but Kapoor's talent stood out and she was nominated for Best Debut at the Filmfare Awards .
