Shuna Harwood
Shuna Harwood (* 1940 ) is a British costume designer .
Life
Harwood attended the Royal College of Art in London and initially worked as an editor for the fashion magazines Harper's Bazaar , Woman and London Life . Between 1977 and 2006 she was involved in 18 feature films as a costume designer, including British productions such as The Missionary and Camelot - The Curse of the Golden Sword , but also Hollywood films such as Notting Hill and Firewall . She also worked on numerous commercials with well-known directors such as John Schlesinger , Richard Lester and Tony Scott . In 1996 she was responsible for the costume design for the literary film adaptation of Richard III. Nominated for an Oscar by Richard Loncraine , the following year she received the BAFTA Film Award .
