Sibulan is a Filipino municipality in the Negros Oriental Province . It has 59,455 inhabitants (August 1, 2015 census).
In the south, the provincial capital Dumaguete City borders on Sibulan. In Sibulan is Dumaguete Airport , the only airport in the Negros Oriental province. In the inland area rises the Cuernos de Negros Mountains. Parts of the Balinsasayao Twin Lakes Natural Park are within the municipality's territory.
