Seven Sorrows of Mary (Wessental)
The Roman Catholic branch church Seven Sorrows in Wessental , a district of Freudenberg in Main-Tauber-Kreis , was built in 1875 and is dedicated to the memory of the seven sorrows of Mary (the mother of Jesus) ordained . It is a simple building with a roof turret and a polygonal choir. The church is a cultural monument of the city of Freudenberg. The Church of the Seven Sorrows of Mary is a subsidiary of the Catholic parish of Rauenberg and belongs to the pastoral care unit Freudenberg, which is assigned to the deanery Tauberbischofsheim of the Archdiocese of Freiburg .
