St. Leonhard in Ebenheid

The Roman Catholic branch church of St. Leonhard in Ebenheid , a district of Freudenberg in the Main-Tauber district , was renovated at the beginning of the 19th century and is consecrated to St. Leonhard of Limoges . The exact date of construction of the church is not known. It is a Gothic chapel with a choir tower , which was renovated in 1800. The church is a cultural monument of the city of Freudenberg. The Leonhardskirche is a subsidiary of the Catholic parish of Rauenberg and belongs to the pastoral care unit Freudenberg, which is assigned to the deanery Tauberbischofsheim of the Archdiocese of Freiburg .
