Silja Ukena
Silja Ukena (* 1975 ) is a German journalist , literary critic and writer .
Life
Ukena began her professional career at the Axel Springer journalism school . She then studied art history and political science in Hamburg and Paris . She then worked as a freelance journalist and literary critic for Brigitte , Stern , Die Zeit and Süddeutsche Zeitung, among others, until 2010 . Since 2010 she has been an editor at the House of World Cultures in Berlin .
