Silke Hüsing

Silke Hüsing (* 1967 in Unna ) is a German economist and professor of business administration. She holds the Chair of Business Administration I - Business Taxation and Auditing at the Chemnitz University of Technology (TU Chemnitz).

Life

Silke Hüsing graduated from high school in Unna in 1986 . In 1993 she completed her studies in business administration with a degree in business administration from the University of Dortmund . In 1998 Silke Hüsing received her doctorate from the University of Augsburg . In 2005, she completed her habilitation at the University of Augsburg.

Since the winter semester 2006/2007, Silke Hüsing has acted as a chair representative, lecturer and examiner for the Chair of Business Administration I - Business Taxation and Auditing at the TU Chemnitz. In 2008 she finally got the call to the TU Chemnitz. She has been the dean of the Faculty of Economics since 2013 .

Research priorities

Her main interests include empirical studies of tax effects, empirical research projects on tax acceptance, e.g. B. "Economic efficiency and acceptance analysis of tax law " on behalf of the Munich Chamber of Tax Advisors (parallel project to OS III of the OFD Munich), tax effects and rational behavior as well as taxation and European law .
