Career

Schäppi began his youth career at FC Wil and switched to the youth department of FC Zurich in 2010 .

Schäppi made his professional debut with the second team of FC Zurich. In 2014 he returned to his home club in Wil. After performing well, Schäppi moved to the top Swiss league for FC Lugano and was loaned to FC Thun a short time later for half a season. After a season marked by injuries, Schäppi returned to FC Wil.

National team

Schäppi played in various junior teams of the Swiss Football Association. He only played friendly and qualifying matches.
