Silvia Maria Engl (born February 1, 1977 in Deggendorf ) is a German author of esoteric works. She has lived in Munich since 2011.

Life

Training and activity as a teacher

Silvia Maria Engl grew up in the Bavarian Forest. After graduating from high school in 1996, she began teaching high schools in Passau for the subjects of German and geography . After two semesters, she switched from geography to English . She later added a master's degree in British Cultural Studies to her subjects . In 1999/2000 she worked as a Foreign Language Assistant in Maidstone , Kent , England . After the first state examination, she worked as a teaching and boarding assistant at the private boarding school in Salem Castle for six months before starting her legal clerkship in autumn 2004 . In 2006 she passed her second state examination and started teaching, took a break from 2012 to 2014 and left the Bavarian civil service at her own request in 2016. She is today u. a. active as author, coach and entrepreneur.

Authoring activities

At the end of 2009, Engl began to deal with mental training and completed his training as a mental trainer. Then she dealt in depth with various topics related to spirituality . In May 2011 she started blogging and has been writing as a freelance writer a. a. for the angel magazine .

In 2012 she left school. After a few months in Munich, she went on her second trip to India for four months , where she completed her yoga teacher training in Rishikesh . There she stayed for a month as a meditation teacher . In autumn 2013 she went on another three month trip to Asia and traveled to the Philippines and Thailand , where she took part in her first Vipassana meditation. In 2014 her first album Meine 26 Egos und ich was published by Schirner Verlag . Engl now holds seminars, advises individuals and gives lectures at home and abroad.
