Silvia Zarzu (born December 16, 1998 in Oneşti ) is a Romanian gymnast .

Zarzu won two medals at the 2012 European Junior Championships in Brussels. She was runner-up European champion on the ground and was third with the team. In 2013 Zarzu took part in the European Summer Youth Olympic Festival and won bronze on the floor and with the team.

At the 2014 European Gymnastics Championships , Zarzu won the title with the Romanian gymnastics team with Diana Bulimar , Larisa Iordache , Andreea Munteanu and Ștefania Stănilă ahead of Great Britain and Russia. At the World Championships in the same year, the Romanians came fourth. In 2015, Zarzu took part in the first European Games and was fifth on the floor and seventh with the team.

In 2016, Zarzu reached sixth place with the Romanian team at the European Gymnastics Championships in Bern. She was also part of the preparatory squad for the Olympic Games in Rio, but the Romanian team missed the qualification and was only allowed to send a single starter, for which Cătălina Ponor was selected.
