The Simmons Glacier is a northerly flowing glacier in Marie Byrd Land, West Antarctica . It drains the eastern part of the Kohler Range between Mount Isherwood and Mount Strange .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it using its own surveys and aerial photographs of the United States Navy from 1959 to 1966. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1976 after Harry S. Simmons, an assistant to the representative of the United States Antarctic Research Program in Christchurch in New Zealand in four Antarctic summer campaigns between 1969 and 1973, who visited Antarctica in this capacity in 1971 and 1973 .
