Simon Abt (born December 23, 1992 in Basel ) is a Swiss artist . He lives and works in Wittinsburg .

art

Simon Abt acquired practical and technical knowledge in painting through courses in sketching and sculpture . He attended a preliminary course for design in Olten .

His main interest is the expression and the abstraction of the face, without making the person unrecognizable. Very appropriately, he calls the tension between his impulsive alienation technique and the realistic moments also spontaneous realism . It underlines the inconceivability of the individual and his constant being in motion. His pictures observe situation-related emotional worlds such as smoking , addiction , nervousness and the like.
