Siola d'oro
La Siola d'oro (German: Die Goldene Schwalbe ) is an award for opera singers from the coloratura field , which has been given every two years since 1983 by the Italian city of Gatteo in memory of the Italian singer Lina Pagliughi (1907–1980).

The Siola d'oro is awarded in the form of a brooch with diamonds in the shape of a swallow . The piece of jewelery has a value of around € 20,000 (as of 2013).
