The Sjun ( Russian Сюнь ; Bashkir , Tatar Сөн ) is a left tributary of the Belaja in Tatarstan and Bashkortostan in the European part of Russia .

It has its source in the Bugulma revitalizing heights . From there it flows north to the Belaya. In the lower reaches it flows along the border between Tatarstan and Bashkortostan. The Sjun has a length of 209 km. It drains an area of ​​4500 km². The river carries the largest amounts of runoff during the snowmelt in April and May . The mean discharge (MQ) of the Sjun is 14.8 m³ / s.
