Skalleviksodden ( Norwegian for Skull Bay Point ) is a headland on the Prince Harald Coast of Queen Maud Land in East Antarctica . It marks the northwestern end of the Skallevikhalsen group of hills on the southeastern bank of the Lützow-Holm-Bucht .
Norwegian cartographers named it based on the name of the neighboring bay Skallevika and mapped it using aerial photographs from the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 .
