The Skeleton Junior World Championship 2016 was the 14th edition of the Skeleton Junior World Championship and took place between January 18 and 23, 2016 in Winterberg in the Hochsauerland in the Veltins-Eisarena . In the women could lelde priedulēna and her native Latvia the first Junior World Champion title Backing Up the skeleton and the men could with Nikita Tregubov from Russia's Junior World Championship title from the previous year to defend. He is the first skeleton rider to have achieved this. His compatriot Alexander Tretyakov ( 2006 and 2008 ) and the German Christopher Grotheer ( 2013 and 2015 ) also won two world championship titles.
