The Skuafjellet ( Norwegian is) a mountain in the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . It rises up in the Utpostane at the southern end of the Kraulberge .
Scientists at the Norwegian Polar Institute named it in 1970 after the great skua ( Stercorarius skua ) that is widespread in Norway .
