The Skyline Tower (or THE m.pire ) is a 84.2-meter-high building in the Munich district of Schwabing . It was completed in 2010. The client was Bayerische Hausbau , architect Helmut Jahn . The construction costs amounted to around 220 million euros.
The building has 23 floors, 13,800 square meters of land and 44,000 square meters of floor space. Amazon Munich and Osram have their headquarters here.
The Skyline Tower is located in the northern part of Parkstadt Schwabing , on the corner of Domagkstrasse and Walter-Gropius-Strasse, near the A9 . The Alte Heide underground station is 500 meters away.
