The Sladun Peninsula ( Bulgarian полуостров Сладун poluostrow Sladun ) is a 5.2 km long and 4.58 km wide peninsula on the Danco Coast in northern Graham Lands on the Antarctic Peninsula . On Gerlache Street it separates Cierva Cove in the north from Duarte Cove in the south. To the west it runs out at Sucia Point .
British scientists mapped it in 1978. The Bulgarian Commission for Antarctic Geographical Names named it in 2013 after the town of Sladun in southern Bulgaria .
