The Slatinný potok (German: Forellenbach, Seebach, Schladabach) is a left tributary of the Ohře (German: Eger) in the Czech part of the Fichtelgebirge .

It was once called a trout stream from the source to the confluence of the Weiherbach , from there to Slatina (German: Schlada) as the Seebach and from there to the mouth as the Schladabach . Today it, also known as the border river 0.5 km and a total of 6.2 km long trout stream (area code 532141), is generally referred to on the German side as Schladabach .

The Slatinný potok rises at approx. 630 mnm approx. 2.5 km south of (German: Asch) on the state border with Germany , runs for approx. 0.5 km as a border river and then turns in a southeastern direction into the Slatinný les (German : Gärberhau).

It flows through the Slatinný les, passes Hazlov (German: Haslau), crosses Františkovy Lázně (German: Franzensbad) and, after a mainly south-eastern course, flows into the Jindřichov (German: Honnersdorf) north-east of Cheb (German: Eger) at about 430 mnm Ohře.

Tributaries

In addition to many small tributaries, the most striking tributaries are the Nebeský potok (German: Weiherbach) near Lipná (German: Lindau) and the Hazlovský potok (German: Frauenbach) near Hazlov. Both run to the left.

The Slatinný potok is used economically by fishing.
