Snow Nunatakker

The Snow Nunatakker are a group of four linearly arranged nunatakkers on the English coast in the west Antarctic Ellsworthland . They lie across from Case Island and extend east-west over a length of around 30 km. From west to east, they include Espenschied-Nunatak , Mount McCann , Mount Thornton and Mount Benkert .
They were discovered during the United States Antarctic Service Expedition (1939–1941). It is named after Ashley Clinton Snow Jr. (1906–1975), a pilot on this expedition.
