SoNy Sugar FC is a Kenyan football club from Awendo ( Migori County ) that has played in the Kenyan Premier League (KPL), the first division of Kenya, since 1993 . The club plays its home games in the 5,000-seat Green Stadium .
SoNy Sugar FC was founded in 1982, SoNy stands for South Nyanza after its location in the former province of Nyanza , see South Nyanza Sugar , and was able to win the only championship title so far in the 2005/06 season.
