So Good is a song of the American rapper B.oB . It was first released as a download on February 21, 2012. The song is a production by Ryan Tedder and was released on the Atlantic Records and Grand Hustle Records labels . On May 4th, 2012 the CD was released.
Music video
The official music video was first released on BoB's official channel on March 21, 2012, after two teasers for the video had already appeared on February 23 and March 23. It was shot by Justin Francis in February 2012 in Buenos Aires , Argentina . In the music video you can see him initially in a café, according to the text, sitting with a “Cuban cigarette” and a “German beer” until his girlfriend arrives and they both leave. You can see them alternately sitting on a sofa in their house and walking in Buenos Aires. When the second stanza begins, you can see him rapping in a large hall, then again in front of a dilapidated wall sprayed with graffiti . Then they go for another walk. At the end of the video you can see BoB far away in the great hall. The video has around 15 million views so far (July 17, 2012).

Chart success
In Germany, the single was placed at number 65 and stayed in the charts for four weeks, in Austria it reached number 38, where the track remained in the charts for a total of three weeks. In Switzerland, the song reached number 48 and was in the charts for 5 weeks, in the United Kingdom it was in the top 10 in seventh place, and it was in the top 75 for 11 weeks. In the US, the single stayed in the charts for 18 weeks and reached number 18.
criticism
The song got rather positive reviews. Lewis Corner from Digital Spy said, for example, "BoB's fun-loving attitude and care-free coolness does evoke a certain popular Michelangelo - if we're talking about the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles version, that is." And awarded three stars, while Cristin Maher von Pop Crush gave it four out of five stars and said: “Overall, we think BoB has another big hit on his hands with 'So Good,' as it has the ability to catch the ear of pop, R&B, and hip-hop fans alike.
