Soe ( Dzongkha : སྲོས་ ) is one of eight Gewogs (blocks) of the Dzongkhag Thimphu in western Bhutan . Together with the Lingzhi Gewog and Naro Gewog it forms the sub-district ( Drungkhag ) Lingzhi. Soe Gewog is in turn divided into five Chiwogs (constituencies). According to the 2005 census, 183 people live in this area in an area of 210 km². Large areas of the Gewog are in the Jigme-Dorji National Park .
