The Groß Dölln solar park near Templin on the former Templin / Groß Dölln military airfield is a photovoltaic system in Germany . The system was built in 2012 and has a maximum output of 128 MW , based on the model assumptions in watt peak . In 2017, the amount of electricity supplied was 117 GWh and the power density was 6.2 watt / m².
history
The system was built between June 5 and September 30, 2012, and the grid connection was made via two substations to the 110 kV network of E.DIS AG in April 2013.
1.5 million thin-film modules from the manufacturer First Solar from their plant in Frankfurt (Oder) and 114 inverters from the German world market leader SMA were installed on an area of around 214 hectares . The construction costs amounted to around 204.5 million euros. The park was built by the Bavarian company Belectric . Around 500 people were employed on the construction site during the assembly period.
