Solveig Bolduan
Solveig Karen Bolduan (born March 2, 1958 in Pritzwalk ) is a German painter, sculptor and ceramicist .
Life
Solveig Karen Bolduan was born in Pritzwalk and spent her childhood in Bad Saarow . She graduated from high school in 1976 in Hoyerswerda and then completed an apprenticeship in pottery in 1976/78 in Saalfeld. In 1978/83 she studied at the Berlin-Weißensee School of Art . She has degrees in sculpture and ceramics. Solveig Karen Bolduan has been working as a freelancer in Spremberg and Klein Loitz since 1983. She is a member of the VBK after the reunification of the BVBK and GEDOK -Brandenburg.
Awards
In 1993 she received the main prize at the Lower Lusatia European Biennale. Solveig Karen Bolduan was resident in Rio de Janeiro in 1995 on a scholarship. In 1996 she won the "Art in Architecture" competition.
