Antigua and Barbuda sent the athlete Jamol Allan Pilgrim, an athlete, to the 2012 Paralympic Summer Games in London and thus took part in the Paralympic Games for the first time. He took part in the men's T42 100-meter run, but was last of the first run in the heats despite a season best of 15.76 seconds and was therefore unable to qualify for the final.
