The Philippines sent a team of nine athletes - five women and four men - to the 2012 Summer Paralympic Games in London .

Medals could not be won. The table tennis player Josephine Medina, who also acted as the flag bearer at the opening ceremony, achieved the best result: She achieved 4th place in the women's singles.
