Song was the brand name of a low-cost flight division of the US airline Delta Air Lines , based in Atlanta .
history
On April 15, 2003, Delta Air Lines set up in -house the Song subdivision to operate low-cost flights. Song was not an independent airline, just a trademark. The corporate department used the Air Operator Certificate as well as the ICAO and IATA codes of Delta Air Lines . The corporate division was dissolved on February 25, 2006. The aircraft were then converted and reintegrated into the Delta Air Lines fleet .
