Song Myeong-seob ( Korean 송명섭 ; born June 29, 1984 ) is a former South Korean Taekwondoin .
Career
Song Myeong-seob won the bronze medal in the class up to 68 kilograms at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens . After a semi-final defeat against Hadi Saei Bonehkohal , he prevailed against Diogo da Silva in the final of the round of hope . The following year, Song was runner-up behind Mark Lopez in the class up to 67 kilograms in Madrid . In 2006 he succeeded in winning the gold medal at the Asian Games in Doha in the same weight class , followed by a bronze medal at the World Championships in Beijing in 2007 .
