Sorin Daniel Strătilă (born October 20, 1986 in Brașov ) is a Romanian football player . The midfielder has played for UTA Arad since October 2014 .

Career

Strătilă's career began with FC Brașov in his hometown. In 2005 he first moved to Euro Africa Buşteni, before he came to the second team from Steaua Bucharest in Liga III in the summer of 2008 . At the end of the season he rose with his team. Then first division Astra Ploieşti took him under contract. At Astra he was able to assert himself as a regular in midfield from the start. After two and a half years, he left the club in early 2012 and joined league rivals Dinamo Bucharest . With Dinamo he won the Romanian Cup in 2012 , but was not used in the final. In August 2013 he moved to CS Concordia Chiajna on loan for a year . After the loan business ended, his contract with Dinamo was terminated in summer 2014. In October 2014 he moved to UTA Arad . At the end of the 2014/15 season he was promoted to League II with his team. There he missed promotion to the upper house with his team in the relegation games in the 2015/16 and 2016/17 seasons .

Strătilă played a game for the Romanian national team when he came on on August 10, 2011 in the friendly against San Marino in the 73rd minute for Gabriel Torje .
