It is the Zweckverbandssparkasse of the cities of Attendorn and Lennestadt as well as the municipality of Kirchhundem . The institute emerged from the 1993 merger of the Sparkasse Attendorn with the Sparkasse Lennestadt-Kirchhundem, which emerged in 1977 from the merger of the Sparkasse Altenhundem with the Sparkasse Grevenbrück .
