The Sperkelbach or Spörkelbach is a left tributary of the Lohr in the Main-Kinzig district in the Hessian Spessart .

The Sperkelbach rises in a valley north of the Haurain at the foot of the Grenzkopf (535 m). It flows in a westerly direction, past the Lohrhauptener Ziegelhütte and flows into the Lohr at the B 276 as the first tributary .
