Spider-Killer-Avatar-Man ( English title: Treehouse of Horror XXII ) is the 3rd episode of the 23rd season of the series The Simpsons . She won the 2011 Annie Award for Best Screenplay in an Animated TV Production.

In the opening sequence, Bart, Lisa and Maggie are shown returning home from collecting candy. Marge, disguised as a "swap witch", takes away the sweets and replaces them with hygiene products. Homer is supposed to take the candy to a collection point for the troops overseas. But he secretly drives to "Candy Eating Peak" outside Springfield to eat them himself. He falls down and gets his arm trapped under a boulder. When trying to chew off the trapped arm, he first catches the wrong one, then the leg. When he finally freed himself, he notices that there are only vegetables in the bag. The children have the sweets.

Homer wakes up from a coma to find that he is completely paralyzed and unable to speak. In a flashback, he recalls being bitten by a spider while trying to decorate the house for Halloween. Lisa discovers that Homer can control his gas. In this way he dictates a letter to Marge for her and even publishes a book. After another spider bite, he gains the ability to produce spider threads and, according to Spider-Man's submission, becomes a superhero, although he is still completely paralyzed.

Over a loudspeaker in a Bible, Homer Ned Flanders orders some people to be murdered. Since Ned thinks the voice is the voice of God, he obeys the instructions and kills Mr Burns, Snake, Patty and Selma, among others. When Ned finds out and confronts Homer, Homer tries to set fire to the Bible. Then God appears personally and kills Homer. When Marge asks him to undo everything, he meekly points out that this would not please Satan. This also appears and with him Maude, Ned's deceased wife, who has a relationship with Satan.

A substance called "humorium" is to be procured for Krusty the clown on a distant planet. Bart is supposed to spy on the aliens as an avatar. This leads to an affair with one of the planet's inhabitants, whom he accidentally impregnates. He is led to the humorium source. This leads the other soldiers to the source and a battle between humans and aliens ensues. Bart shows solidarity with the aliens who can decide the battle for themselves.

Broadcast in Turkey

When the Turkish broadcaster CNBC-E broadcast the episode, there was a conflict with the television regulator RTÜK . In the second story of the episode, God was portrayed as a subject to the devil, God-ordered murders, and a Bible burning. RTÜK demands a fine of 22,800 euros from CNBC-E.
