Spielhaus was a children's program on TV DRS that was broadcast from 1968 to 1994. Over 200 issues of the show were written by Max Bolliger .

The original concept of Spielhaus comes from the British program Play School . In the course of the broadcasting years, further categories were added and removed from the broadcasting container with content such as songs, stories, drawings and handicrafts. Most famous were "Franz und René", which was broadcast for the first time in January 1973 and played by Franz Hohler and René Quellet . A drawing section by and with Ted Scapa also lasted a long time . Other contributions came from Emil Steinberger , Jean-Jacques Oehme , Vreni Speck , Monika Kiss Horváth , Paul Steinmann , Birgit Steinegger and Matthias Bamert with his “Kindergarten Concert”, which was awarded the Prix ​​Jeunesse International . For a while, episodes of the German children's program Löwenzahn were also dubbed and broadcast in Swiss German .

The first broadcast was on January 10, 1968, the last on March 22, 1994.
