The magazine Sport-Woche was an Austrian sports magazine that appeared from February 8, 1999 to August 4, 2015 . It appeared every Tuesday and cost € 2.00. According to the Austrian edition control (2014), it was the largest sports magazine in Austria with a weekly print run of around 52,000 copies and 122,000 readers according to the Media Analyzes Working Group . The magazine was published by Sportmagazin Verlag , a group company of Styria Multi Media Men GmbH & Co KG .

The sports week offered a comprehensive range of articles on almost all popular and well-known sports. There was also a 1-3 page section about cars in each issue .
An additional betting guide appeared several times, in which, among other things, the odds of betting providers for various sporting events, news from the betting industry and various betting companies were reported. In addition to the weekly sports week, the annual sports week subscription also included the ÖFB corner.

Editing and management

The managing directors of the sports week were Christoph Loidl, Thomas Leskoschek and Christian Burgstaller. The editors-in-chief were Gerald Enzinger ( motorsport , football ) and Manfred Behr ( alpine skiing , Olympic Games , doping ), the football editorial team consisted of Toni Huemer, Tom Hofer, Markus Geisler, Christoph König, Willi Jelen and Alex Klein.
