Spyridoula Karydi ( Greek Σπυριδούλα Καρύδη , born January 30, 2001 ) is a Greek long and triple jumper .

Athletic career

Spyridoula Karydi gained her first international experience in 2017, when she took tenth place in the long jump at the European Youth Olympic Festival (EYOF) in Győr with 5.59 m and was eliminated from the qualification in the triple jump with a width of 11.70 m. The following year she won the bronze medal in the long jump at the U18 European Championships there with 6.23 m and reached fourth place in the triple jump with 13.27 m. In the fall she took part in the triple jump at the Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires , where she finished seventh. In 2019 she won the U20 European Championships in Borås, Sweden triple jump with 14.00 m and thus set a new U20 national record.

In 2020 Karydi became Greek triple jump indoor champion.
