Martinskirche in Mondfeld

The Roman Catholic Church of St. Martin in Mondfeld , a town in Wertheim in the Main-Tauber district , was built in 1888 and is dedicated to St. Martin . As a branch church of the Catholic parish of St. Elisabeth in Besteheid, it belongs to the Wertheim pastoral care unit, which is assigned to the Tauberbischofsheim deanery of the Archdiocese of Freiburg . The Martinskirche is located at Nibelungenstraße 43 and is a listed building as a whole. It is a solid construction with a late Gothic transept. There are still parts of an old church courtyard wall with three crossed crosses from the 17th century.
