The Catholic parish church of St. Michael is a listed church building in Anzefahr , a district of Kirchhain in the Marburg-Biedenkopf district ( Hesse ).

The simple hall with a late Gothic , vaulted choir closed on three sides was built in 1711. Like its predecessor, it is consecrated to the Archangel Michael. In 1975 the church was expanded with an extension. The former chancel is now the sacristy. The choir is crowned by a baroque canopy roof turret. The baptismal font in the shape of a chalice probably dates from the 16th century, the organ was built in 1742 by Daniel Mütze . With the exception of the statue of the Virgin Mary, the saints come from the old baroque church. Next to the church, in the old cemetery, there is a war memorial.

The church towers over all other buildings in Anzefahr and thus shapes the town's silhouette. The building is a cultural monument due to its urban and historical significance.
