History and architecture
The neo-Romanesque quarry stone hall with a western tower in front and a semicircular apse was built as a parish church from 1877 to 1879 according to plans by GA Fischer . Today the St. Nicholas Church is a branch church of the parish of St. Chrysanthus and Daria . The wooden figures of Saints Nicholas , Augustine and Suitbertus were taken from the previous church, from which the Romanesque tower has been preserved . The figure of Our Lady is from the end of the 18th century, that of St. Joseph from 1853.
